Problem with generating Dropbox link

Question

I'm using regular Dropbox plan which is free. Previously i can share Dropbox link multiple times but from the past 2 month, I couldnt create the link and everytime i click the copy link button, it says “Unable to generate link
Something went wrong, and we weren't able to create a shared link.”

Can someone explain to me?

Hey @amirsyaif, sorry to hear about this.

It sounds like your shared links may have been banned. Have you received an email from Dropbox informing you about it perhaps?
