my junk/span folder is empty

Apart from the tons of letter that I got for earning a new rank on the Dropbox Community, I received a letter from Leah with a ticket that my issue has been marked as solved, which is baloney.

Hi @Megan, having same issues, i cannot verify my new email address, the email never get to my inbox, I have already try all the options in this forum, as follows
- Cehcking spam folder
- From diferente browsers
- From private / incognite window
- Add contact no-reply@dropbox.com
With no luck, I saw you could help to solve other this issue, very grateful if you could address me, it is very important for me to be able to change the email of my dropbox account.
