Without access to the email or a device already logged in I'm afraid you cannot do anything to regain access.
Hello guys, I lost my email account, I remember my password here and when i try to login it says that i cant login because my password is expired and they send me an email, but i cant have the email because i lost my email account. What can I do ? 😞thank you!
I am also locked out of my email account, it has been deleted so can't access my dropbox account. I have opened a new dropbox account with my new email. Is there anyway that would verify that the old account is mine. Can they be synced? I have so many pictures from when my kids were small on the old account and would like to recover.

How can you reset your password if you don't have access to the email account any more. I got a new phone and when it transferred and it didn't recover the password. My late husband set this up for me and I have no clue what the password is.

Go to your old phone and create links to all of your files and then download them before putting them on a new account

I 100% agree. The worst security measure Dropbox could ever implicate. 100's of photos and memories down the drain that I cannot access and I'm guess Dropbox IT doesn't give a crap and will probably never bother offering a solution. Sad.
Hi all, I don´t have access to the email account registered in Dropbox anymore. I remember the password, but as i I am trying to login from a new Laptop, Dropbox is sending me a 6 digit code that i can not read because I dont have access to the email. Any ideas how to recover my account? I dont have another email account or cell phone as recovery options registered in Dropbox.

Are you still able to receive emails to the old address? If not I'm afraid you cannot recover it
Yes, I get all the emails sent to the old address, but not the dropbox password reset email. I also had the technicians of the company where I work check that they have not been blocked by the spam filter. They told me there are no dropbox emails. How can I have the password reset in any other way?

Unless you have a device already logged in to your account, that won't be possible without access to the email address associated with the account.
Please help me. I'm still logging in my account with app and desktop. But I can't remember the password that I used to have. I have a problem with login (email) change.
My old email is not working any more and I don't have an access to this account. I want to switch to new email but system requires old password I can't remember any more. To reset the password I have to use old email (not working any more).
I'm logged in to Dropbox and I want to change login email and password for new ones due to safety reasons.
Anyone has a clue how to solve it?
