Dropbox web hooks Uri for enabled and disabled

Hello Team,

I am not receiving webook sometimes after uploading single or mutiple files at Dropbox. But when I disable and re-enable the webook from Dropbox console then I get all pending webhooks.

Please let me know how can i fix this issue or suggest any solution for this.

This behavior sounds unexpected, so please open an API ticket from the account that owns the affected app so we can investigate. Please include:

the name or key of the affected app
the affected webhook URI
a sample timestamp of when this occurred

Hello Greg,

We have enabled the webhook URI and after the enabled web hook uri is working fine, but after sometime webhook is automaticaly disabled and getting this error in webhook console.

Error: Did not receive response from server.

Response:
HTTP/1.1 N/A Unknown
X-Http-Reason: Connection established

Response Body (First 256 bytes):
(No response body)
