Creating new Paper doc via API

Just wanted to make sure I understand things correctly regarding the API and Dropbox Paper.

So as I understand then the Paper API is going to be deprecated this year, and things handled through the general Dropbox API. Is it right, that when this takes effect then we can no longer create, update or archive Paper docs via API?

Yes, that's correct. (Though, to clarify the terminology, the Paper API endpoints have already been "deprecated", and will be "retired" later this year.) You can find the full information in the Paper Migration Guide here: https://www.dropbox.com/lp/developers/reference/paper-migration-guide
