I am using Dropbox Basic. Around 15–20 days ago, I deleted my files and then permanently removed them from the Deleted files section. After that, I deleted my entire Dropbox account. Yesterday, I signed up again using the same email address.
Is there any possible way to recover my permanently deleted files? Could a Dropbox moderator or support team investigate whether any backup or recovery option remains?
These files are important to me, and I need those now, I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you.
