I'm unable to access my Dropbox account; I've forgotten both my Dropbox and email password

Hello, I would like to log in to my Dropbox account using my work email, but I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset my password, I cannot access my work email account because I have also forgotten its password. I am unable to receive the verification code needed to reset my Dropbox password.

Could you please help me recover my account? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @sopek, and thanks for your post. 

Without access to your linked email address, I’m afraid there isn’t much we can suggest either, due to security reasons. 

However, you can definitely reach out to your ESP (email service provider), or IT department, and they can help you regain access to your email address first. After that, you should be able to reset your Dropbox password.
