@masoncarter earned this month’s spotlight after jumping into a thread where another member was having trouble uploading files to a shared folder because of their Dropbox storage space. Mason took the time to explain how shared folders can affect storage, suggested checking whether the account was already over quota and, importantly, encouraged the member to check their storage breakdown before deleting anything they might still need.
We always love to see members stepping in to help each other like this. Mason didn’t just offer a quick suggestion, he gave the member practical steps to investigate the issue and explained the reasoning behind them, making his response useful for anyone who might come across the same problem in the future.
