Dropbox Webhook Donot send POST request of notification

I have stablished an IIS Web site to receive the Dropbox`s Webhook file change notifications and it used to be working OK, today GET verification code received and still is OK. . .but no notification POST request received.

After a while when I create and change multiple files and folders while receiving no notification request. . . it eventully shows this on the Dropbox.com/developers/apps settings`s page it change status of webhook to "Receiving errors" with this informations:

Error: Did not receive response from server.

I can confim my server is working OK since the webhook URI is tested with a web request tester (Postman). It seems like Dropbox.com do not send request.
What is the problem?

From the output you shared, it does appear that Dropbox is sending the request (per the "Request: POST"), but from the error it's indicating that it didn't receive a valid response. I can't say from this why that may be, but it's worth noting that testing from Postman may not be a perfect comparison since the requests would be coming from different places. It's possible there's some reason the request from the Dropbox servers couldn't reach your servers.

If you're still having trouble with this, please feel free to open an API ticket from the account that owns the app in question, and let us know which app it is. We may be able to take a look on our side to get more insight on that.

Have you changed something in your server configuration recently? 🧐 Rhetoric of course. 🙂 Since it used to be working, for sure something changed. Something else: Are you sure the port 8009 on host 91.92.124.21 is open and can receive request? 🧐 Rhetoric once again. 🙂 Take a look and you will see it's NOT open currently. As far as I can see the only open ports on that machine are 554, 4004, and 8000; nothing else. Only on port 4004 works something like web server (mini_httpd/1.27). That's why the webhook fails.

Hope this gives direction.

The port 8009 is open. as the GET verification request will recieved. My computer which referred by port 8009 is recive internet from modem 91.92.124.21, and yesterday my computer was off. that is why you don`t see the port at time of your test. I think what is changed is internet policies.

Today theproblem still persist and I am going to open an API ticket.
