We need the 2026 Certificate of Tax Residence (COR).

I am writing on behalf of our company in Malaysia. We currently maintain a Dropbox Business subscription and require the 2026 Certificate of Tax Residence (COR) / Fiscal Residency Certificate for Dropbox International Unlimited Company, Ireland.

The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) requires this official certificate to verify Dropbox’s Irish tax residency for purposes of applying the relevant withholding tax provisions and benefits under the Malaysia–Ireland Double Taxation Agreement.

Could a Dropbox support representative or community moderator please assist us in obtaining an official PDF copy of the 2026 Certificate of Tax Residence for Dropbox International Unlimited Company?

If this document is handled by a specific tax, finance, or legal team, we would appreciate it if our request could be forwarded to the appropriate department or if you could provide the correct contact channel for obtaining the certificate.
