I have become a de facto admin of our company's Dropbox. We have previously had many people using individual Dropbox accounts. I'm effectively a project/account manager for our company.
My question is: what is the best way to structure our hierarchy to support the best workflow?
We have a team folder "Projects - Current"
There, we have projects organized into folders by year. So currently putting things in a 2026 folder. Then I create a project-name folder.
In each project folder, we have a default folder template with folders for project drawings, renderings, schedule, billing, and other items.
My conundrum, is on projects I've been working on in the past I created this. I also did all the billing. Now we have more people working and I prefer to not change my folder structure. I have a "Group" that is our drawing team that analyzes drawing. I effectively want them to have access to every project in this project folder. But I would prefer them to not have access to the billing folders.
Is there a good way to set this up where I don't have to make duplicate project folders or billing folders etc?
