Question or Issue:
Ticket #26411114
Hello,
I changed my Gmail account password and was then inadvertently logged out of my Dropbox account on all of my devices, including both Desktop and Mobile.
I know my Dropbox account email address and password, but I cannot log in because the two-factor authentication code is being sent to an old phone number that has been permanently deactivated. I now have a new mobile number and can no longer receive the verification codes.
Unfortunately, I do not have any backup codes.
Until recently, I was still able to access my account on an old iPad mini 2 and could view some files, but the device has now been signed out as well.
I was previously a Dropbox Plus subscriber and have been using Dropbox for many years. I can provide billing records, payment information, account details, and any other information necessary to verify that I am the owner of the account.
I have already submitted a support ticket, but I would greatly appreciate a manual review of my case. Access to this account is extremely important because it contains important personal and business files. I have 1TB of files that is very important
Please let me know what information I can provide to verify my identity and recover access to my account.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
