Getting an error when moving folders and files into the Family Room folder

I've long had a 2T individual plan for organizing family info. But I am not able to share access to any of the files with my wife, since she has an unpaid plan (I assume). When she logs into her account she never sees anything I have shared. So I now upgraded to a Family plan, and she is now a member.

When I go to move any of my pre-existing folders into the Family Room shared space, I get an error that says my folder is "too large". My wife is set up as a member of the folder and Admin on the account. Is this just a way to force her to also have a full paid account?

Can you please follow these steps, to check how large the files/folders you're trying to move into the Family Room folder are?

If you create a new test folder and move that in the Family Room, are you getting the same error?

And are you having any trouble creating folders directly within the Family Room folder?
