Dozens of my photos have disappeared from my Dropbox account online.

Question

I have a Dropbox Plus - 2TB account and my trouble is that I can't find dozens of photos that I'm sure I didn't delete as I've deliberately never synced my photo folders with any computers or smart devices: they have always been only online/in cloud.

Anyway I checked the deletion history for the last 30 days, made the rewind, followed all the possible automatic suggestions the support gave me but the result is/was always zero (… as nothing changed for those folders in the last 30 days).

Does somebody know any other suggestion in order to try to solve this problem?

Or, is there the possibility to ask Dropbox for a more in-depth analysis (free or not) covering, for example, the past 365 days? Thanks In Advance!

I strongly suspect it was few months ago even because these photos are not among the deleted files of the last 30 days.

Have you checked the Events page? It won't help you recover files if they were deleted more than 30 days ago, but you may be able to see when the files were deleted.

Yes, I sadly knew that it’s not possible to extend file recovery window retroactively so I was wondering if there is any "special/exceptional procedure" Dropbox can apply for this kind of desperate problems: these missing files are mostly pictures taken the first days of my son’s life and this is driving my wife to despair.
