How do I switch my Essentials (personal) to a Business plan?

I need to switch my Personal Essentials plan to a Business plan.

As @Mark suggested, it should be possible for you to upgrade to a Dropbox team plan directly from a Dropbox Essentials plan by using the link he posted.

As in you need to buy a Business Plan or you need to join one?

If its buy one just upgrade via www.dropbox.com/plans.

If its one to join they need to send you an invite to the Team and then you would join it and then you'd get a pro-rata refund.
