I'm being asked for a 6-digit code, but I never receive it in my email.

I can't delete files or changing email as dropbox keep asking for 6 digits code confirmation through my email with I never received. No code is getting through.

The problem maybe cuz i accidentally delete my gmail and quickly recover it. I thought maybe the link between gmail and drop box are not acting normal however, i receive other emails from dropbox or anywhere just fine. Please help! where could i get in touch with dropbox admin (human not bot or AI)

Hi @Susanoo, and welcome to the Community. 

My understanding is that you’ve already checked the spam folder of your Dropbox email address, and there’s no code there either. Correct?

Please also make sure to add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try to send the one-time code once again. 

In case none of the above helps, please wait for our support team’s next email, as they can further assist (I can see you’ve opened a ticket with them and one of our support agents is handling it).
