I've noticed my Dropbox storage getting hammered lately by dozens of 4K screen recordings that are only meant for quick internal tutorials. Most of these videos are 5 minutes long just to explain a 30-second process, and nobody actually watches them until the end.
I’ve started using Supademo as an alternative because, instead of relying on a traditional video file for every guide, it can capture the workflow as a series of interactive screenshots. It feels lighter for the end user since they can click through the steps at their own pace instead of scrubbing through a long recording, and it has helped cut down on the number of large video files I need to keep in Dropbox.
How are you all handling the 'video bloat' in your shared folders, or have you found a way to keep your guides interactive without the heavy file size?
