No More Needs Review/Approved Button on Dropbox Replay for external viewer

Hi all,

all of a sudden the needs review/Approved/modify button for a video or a foto is visible only to me but not for my client and he can only write comments but can't give me approvation of the job.

My client hasn't a Dropbox Replay, but it's never been a problem at all, he was used to give me feedback through that button, but now it's gone.

Is it a temporary problem?

Please gimme feedback cause it's an important feature to me.

Hey there, @sonatine73, thanks for letting us know about this.

Does this happen on a specific project, or all of them? Is this the first time this is happening? 

Can you please ask your client to try and clear their browser's cache and/or try another browser and let you know if they get the same results?

If I were you, I'd also try to disable any browser-related add-ons and extensions. I'm suggesting that since certain ones can interfere with expected browser behavior.

Lastly, can you send me a screenshot of how it looks on your end, in order for me to have a visual of the approval button?
