I have problem to disband my current team and cannot convert to individual personal account as there are no options in the billing section of admin console or my account settings. Even though it shows as Basic but currently my account is in a team.
Have you tried following https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/team-locked-state ?
I believe the Team Admin may need to do that, however.
Another option is to see if you can leave the team yourself.
