Why is my account full even after deleting everything?

forgive me for my attitude… but I’m sick of this ******!

everything I do in Google Drive works perfectly all the time! However… I have 1 client that wants to use Dropbox.

Haven't logged in since 2023 because the platform sucks. Reset password and logged in today. Surprise! Got proved right again…

my “storage was 700% full”. Old stuff I already have in Google. So, I deleted EVERY folder I had.

went to deleted items. Deleted EVERY folder there! Their is now ZERO items anywhere inside my account!

STILL!!!! Storage is full! Full of what? This is so ******! Can I sent my client his files before Christmas? No, I can’t. Dropbox is too ****** to update and let me!

I’m not giving you 15 bucks so i can send 1.2 gigs to 1 random guy! Can anyone help me or advise?

Well... Ive reset my password. Thats a thing.
Ive deleted 170 gigs worth of old junk. Thats a thing.
Ive emptied my deleted items folder. Thats a thing.
Ive installed the desktop app and logged in. Thats a thing.
Ive "submitted a ticket". They marked it as solved. Which is another lie. They emailed me and told me I didnt qualify for help. Thank you for that... Google helps me anytime. But I hardly ever need their help because their platform actually works!

What a JOKE of a company... I left yall in 2023 because of stupidity. I can see that not much has changed at all! If I worked for dropbox I would feel embarrassed for my company. Can any of you help me? I need to get these files to this guy. Soon as Im done... I can get off this trash platform.

Well... This is one step of progress. I can now see "170BG Backup". What the ****** is that. Whats in there? How fast can I delete it? My client needed his files yesterday.

Oh look. ANOTHER LIE! Allegedly I have 170gb of "backups". However, when I go into Backups.... As you can see... Its disabled and nothing is visible there for me to delete.
Advice... Be more like Google Drive. What do I do from here?
Im about to just go set up a fake google account. Set up a second FAKE dropbox account and share the files with the client that way.
My only concern now... Is your company has backups of my personal stuff and I dont know what it is and I cant find an option to delete. Thats not right! How do we fix this?

That image helps ****** shows that you have backups set - the "Mac" disableed one at the side.

Click on that and delete that and you should get the space back

Nope! nevermind. Still need help. I delete ALL my "backups". Now it STILL says im over my storage by over 3GB. Any ideas as to what the absolute **bleep** that 3GB would be and how I can remove it?
