Question or Issue
On 3rd Nov 2025, I updated the credit card details for payment, and the update and payment were successful.
But on 6th Nov 2025, I received an email saying Renewal Payment failed, need to update and pay again. After I updated this time, I received the receipt.
Now, my Bank Statement shows 3rd Nov and 6th Nov also deducted $129.47, which means that I have a double payment for the subscription period 1/11/2025 to 1/11/2026.
May you help me check if the 3rd Nov Payment will be refunded or not? and I will contact the Bank at the same time.
