Can’t cancel pro subscription

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: are you talking about a Dropbox subscription or Dropbox Sign?
Provided you're referring to the later one, have you tried following these steps? If so, then do you get any errors when trying to cancel your plan? What happens on your end when you give the steps a go?
