My only question is regarding the limited 20% offer for 3 users 5TB plan.

The 3 User portion of the deal.  Can this be existing users or is it new users only?  If I upgrade to this plan, can I add my wife's dropbox account to it?  Or vice versa?
Explain this: "* Offer valid for first two years of your yearly plan. New subscriptions only."

Hey @TheWatcher, let's jump right into this! 

You can invite both existing Dropbox users and people who don't yet have a Dropbox account to join your team, as long as they are not already a member of another Dropbox team.

When you send an invite, the person will receive an email and can join your team by following the instructions. If the invitee already has a Dropbox account, they can join your team with their existing account. If they don't have a Dropbox account, they'll be prompted to create one during the join process.

As for this promotional offer, it looks like it's valid and will be running for two years if you choose an annual plan.
