Hi,
Dropbox Plus subscription is not reflecting in my account, which is showing as a Basic user despite having active automatic credit card payments, the payment is showing completed along with the invoice and receipts.
I have a ticket ID opened since 20 August but no action has been taken. I am stuck as I have to send large number of data on regular basis. I have only one account and the invoice and receipt are up to date with showing only one account. Under billing it is showing completed but my plan is showing basic with 2 GB storage, where I have paid for Plus with 2 TB storage.
Please help.
