I have a dropbox plus account that is connected to an old email address to which I have no access any more. Since my password does not seem to work, I cannot reset it in the usual manner. Any ideas on what to do?

Thanks for the quick reply. Since I am currently operating from my basic account (in German), I do not have access to this option, it seems. The link you sent does not lead me straight to the support ticket.
