I am really hoping someone can help me. I had an issue with my account last June, and I tried to work with the technical team to fix it, but it got very complicated very quickly. I asked for some more time to sort it out, which they said was not a problem, but then they closed my ticket and I could no longer reply to the thread and engage with a live human being to sort out my issue. My account got downgraded to a free one as a result of the issue, and now I can't seem to access any support except a bot and this Dropbox community.
Can anyone help me to find out how to reopen my ticket and re-engage with the process, after being thrown out and downgraded?
