with a BUSINESS profile the "signature" option is available on IPAD but not on MACos or online

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you send us a screenshot of what's troubling you?
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and/or using another browser since you first noticed this?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
Normally in the BUSINESS option, I should be able to sign online."SIGN" bouton doesn't,' appear anywhere when I open a PDF online
it appears only with my IPAD

Can you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?

I can send files with this ,it doesn't allow
When you reply (note needs to be via the website and not a mobile) click on the Photo icon and it will upload for you to the post.

Have you tried contacting our Support directly about this?
I have contacted the Assistance at least 5 times in France.As somebody from the assistance has already answered that the "sign" doesn't exist fo MACS with "Business",I need a concrete answer if people from team with "PC" can use the SIGN option.I have two captures where the "SIGN" appears but nothing is happening after.
So please send a detailed answer do we can move forward

If you don't mind, I would like to have you try a few more things to better understand the root cause of this issue.
You mentioned that the option to send a signature is available on your iPad. Can you try to create and send one when using it? Do you get an error when trying to do so?
Also when you visit this page, do you see the "Getting started" steps there? Can you follow them -if you haven't already- and then try to send a Signature request?
in the pad the signature botton exist,the preparing of the request of signature but yu click to send there is an error.
What about the PC?
Could you clarify the error you're getting or send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too @Nicolas Koutsikas?
if the signature is not available for MACOS do you propose to get DROPBOX SIGN ? we should pay more for something it was supposed to be included

I have paid for the DROPBOX BUSINESS kit, and SIGN is supposed to be available.
As you understand, there is no way to use it now.SO please propose some alternative way.
