I was issued a refund from my plan ( as I chose not to go ahead with current subscription) . PayPal shows this refund but it has not come through to my bank account. Refund was made 15 August

If you contacted our support team, can you give us your ticket number?
Also, have you reached out to PayPal or your bank, to see if the money is withheld for some reason?

Are the funds in your PayPal account? Can you not just transfer them to your bank account?
