Trying to share this link but the error comes up - the files are all there??? Suggestions?

Is this error only occurring with this shared link, or do other shared links on your account get the same error?

its happening with a few links but not all weirdly. Also I run training so I send out pre-work for people and they access the link rather than me adding their emails
Are you certain that you copied the full shared link correctly?
Could you create a test file with a new shared link to see if that works?

That link seems to work fine. It's possible that there could be a random issue affecting the shared link that doesn't work.
You can try deleting the link entirely, and then creating a new shared link for the same folder to see if this helps. The URL will be changed for the shared link, just so you're aware.
