I am trying to sharing a video file via the method of creating a link, copying the link and sending it to my client who doesn't have a dropbox account. It was my understanding that a person would be able to comment by adding a timestamp even if they don't have a dropbox account. However, dropbox keeps prompting her to create an account before she can leave a comment. Does anyone have a definitive answer on whether or not it's possible to comment on a file in dropbox even if you don't have a dropbox account?
