I can’t cancel my free trial

I’m 79 years old and didn’t understand what I was doing when a friend sent me a photo. Some how I enrolled in Dropbox trial 3 days ago and realized I don’t even know what it means. I can’t afford anything else on my budget but I couldn’t cancel no matter how many times I tried. Reviews said many people had the same problem. Please help me cancel this subscription before they start charging me on Aug 31. Thank you Carol Crawford

Nobody here can I'm afraid - you have to do it via wherever you set it up. If that was on a mobile you probably need to go to that app store (Google Play or the App Store for example).
