Dropbox charged my credit card, I know of no subscription and when I log in I don’t have any purchases, just dropbox basic. I cannot end the subscription, since there is none. I cannot contact Dropbox, since I only have Dropbox basic. I am Trapped in this loop of automated emails and answers. It is horrible. No service at all, not even a chatbot available.
I contacted my bank and they send me back to Dropbox since they see Dropbox actually chardeg me.
Please, get me in contact with an actual person and help me solve this annoying problem. Thanks
