I send out quite a few Dropbox file request links to those that we work with, and my partners (also Dropbox users on the account), would like to be notified via email, when these uploads happen.
How can we make this happen?

Just to clarify: do you wish for the uploader to be able to receive notifications, or for people that created the File Request?
I'm asking, because an uploader must meet the following conditions to receive email notifications after uploading a file to a file request:
- Uploading is done while logged into a verified Dropbox account.-The uploader is not logged in, but their email address is linked to a verified Dropbox account.
Uploaders will not receive an email confirmation if one of the above conditions does not apply. By doing this, we ensure Dropbox notifications are delivered to Dropbox users and do not get mistaken for spam.

To add to what @Megan said above, if you mean that you want other people to be notified when somebody completes YOUR upload request (i.e. a Business Partner), that is not possible.
