I've been considering switching back to dropbox but this thing just makes me hesitate.
How do you prevent this "get the app" page from showing up when you share a link to someone who opens it on a mobile device?
I thought dropbox was more business oriented, and the last thing I want is to create annoyance or hassle for clients when I share files/folders to them. They might miss-click and get redirected to the app store, and if they wanna continue on webpage, there's even a "accept cookies" message that pops up from below after a brief moment, which covers up the "get the app/continue on web" buttons, and any UX designer will tell you how bad it is when you aim to click on something and another button shows up so you click one it unintentionally.
I constantly have to send file links via an IM app and the clients often open them on mobile first. How do you stop this from forcing its way to the webpage?
Thank you
