Not able to join a team in which I’m invited. It says ‘there was a problem completing this request’. Any solution for this
Tried clearing cache and cookies as well as temp internet files and trying again?

Have you tried using an entirely different browser, to check if you get the same results?
Would it be possible to ask for the Team Admin to remove the invite, and send you a new one?

Hey @Ankush1, just to confirm, the account that got invited to the team, is an individual account, correct?
Not already on a different Dropbox Business paid or trial team?
Hi @Ankush1, do you get this specific error when clicking "Create new account" or "combine accounts"?
One more thing, @Ankush1, can you please login to the account using the email address the invite was sent to and go to the plan page and let me know what plan it shows?
