Is there a chance that you might have a connected device? That way you should be able to download your files from there, and create a new account.
I also have a similar issue with my account. Not able to log in to my Dropbox account with a deleted email account. It was all smooth until the latest update where we now have to enter the security code otherwise we have no other options like an sms authentication or any other alternate solution to gain access back to our storage account. I neither have access to my Gmail account nor do I have access to the codes sent by Dropbox.

Hello, I have the same situation.
I've left the company but the account still has my credit card info and Dropbox has been charging my card.
I cannot log-in as the business email address is no longer in existence.
Is there anyway to request for the billing statement from 2022 so I can get reimbursed from the previous company?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mr / Ms,I have a similar issue that my university email address has been deleted, so I can no long access to it and I don't have any devices connected. Would it be possible to help me add a new device to my Dropbox account so that I can get the 6-digit code in order to log into my Dropbox account? HI @Sunflower17769, you can contact the team regarding billing by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
