Are you trying to update your billing info?
And if so, is it possible that you're signed in to a free account and not your paid one? Check here to see your plan.

I am faced with the same problem.
My "Billing" screen also shows the message "No payment or billing activity. Invoices and receipts for payments made on your Dropbox account will be available here."
Yet I have a paid account and the fee was deducted from my bank account last month as usual. I need to download the invoice for the company accounting records.
This is the first time this has happened.
Could you indicate how/where I can now find the invoices?

Do you have the transaction ID of the charge? It would look something like that: Dropbox*123JK938SDJL and you can try using our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate it.
Can you give it a go, and let me know how it goes?

No, I do not have a transaction ID for the charge in July. The bank statement only shows "CB50DropboxEURCa 24/07/2023" for an amount of 11.99 Euros paid on 25/07/2023. Before I had access to the billing history, but that has all disappeared now.
