Pending signatures not showing

I am sending out documents for signature in the Dropbox Cloud App, however, there are no documents showing as Pending when I click on the 'Signatuires (NEW)' tab.

There is another 'Signatures' tab accessed on the top left corner icon that shows the 'Hello Sign' logo. That too shows 'No Documents Pending'. I have to come out of the dropbox app and sign into Hello Sign using my Dropbox account details and only then can I see my pending documents that are out for signature.

The signature tabs within dropbox are non-functions as the information is not syncing with Hello Sign.

Can you clarify when you started having this issue on your end? Is this the first time you’re sending out documents for signature via your Dropbox account or was this feature working previously correctly for you?

If you can also send a screenshot of what you see on your end, that'd be great. Just make sure there's no personal data showing, before uploading it here.

As you can see, on the Hello sign page I have 2 pending signatures. I have used my Dropbox login to access this account on Hello sign. All documents are sent for signature using Dropbox, not Hellosign. However in Dropbox when I clock on the signatures tab it shows no pending documents. So hello sign and dropbox are communicating. I have checked my sync settings and both accounts are linked.

I have had the problem since I signed up for Signatures.
