Hello. We're going to use drop box. The plan we're going to use is standard, and we have two team members. I want to use a 3-person plan for 2 people, but what happens if I want to use a 3-person plan for 2 people?

There is indeed a minimum of 3 users for our team plans, however, consider them as more like "seats"; they're what we call licenses.
You'd be purchasing 3 licenses, but you can absolutely use only two of them and leave the third one unoccupied.

Dear Dropbox team. I currently have a Teams account for 3 people but have unfortunately had to scale down to only 2 people. Can you please make it possible for me to still have a Business Teams account but only for 2 of us? Many thanks
