Hi when i log in my account using email and password.. dropbox need 6 digit code has sent to my login register email.. and that code never arrive on my mail.. already try using apps or browser still negative.. need help guys..

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try accessing your account again?
Could you also check the junk or spam folder on your email account?

Hi it was negative. I already done add no-reply@dropbox.com to my mail contact list. Check on spam or junk folder still not receive mail from no-reply@dropbox.com. for your information my problem account are [email removed as per Community Guidelines] I create this new account just to seek help from dropbox side.
