Is it possible to provide the complete HTML code for a web page like the one in this tutorial? I am a novice but need this capability exactly. If I could edit an existing sample that would be great.

This article would be much improved it you provides the actual HTML for the example page that you show there. you can make it generic so that it does not actually show the example page. A novice needs an HTML example that can be edited.
