Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so:
"
You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
I am trying to update a card in the billing section, every time I save the information, the below banner appears and wont let me change the details.

The account is a UK account, the card is a UK registered card and address...ideas?

Yes, I can see two previous payments on the page for 2020 and 2021. My bank card has expired and I am trying to add a new payment method, new card. Just wont accept it
What is your current plan according to this page?
Are you trying to update an existing card, or purchase a new subscription entirely?

I have the exact same issue, after not having not being able to pay for a month as I was getting a new card in the mail

My credit card was hacked and I need to update the information. When I try, I get this message;

I've tried both a MasterCard and Visa but get the same message with both cards.
I had this issue on Friday, I tried to pay several times with different browsers, but it didn't work. Finally, I could pay with my Ipad through apple pay, and it has been updated.
I already have a subscription but my credit card was hacked and a new card was issued. I tried to update through the Billing tab on My Account and that's when I got the error message;

I ended up abandoning the effort to try and update the credit card on file and did a manual upgrade to the account where I was able to enter a new credit card number. Pretty frustrating though trying to update the credit card.

Can you tell me if you're trying to update your card details to renew your subscription, or are you trying to upgrade anew?
Can you try doing the same from a different browser, to see if it works?
It was to renew after my original card was compromised. I tried it on Chrome and MS Edge. I also tried two different cards, one a visa nd the second a MasterCard. Nothing worked.

It is sorted because I selected Upgrade and entered the new credit card information. It's all good.

It seems that your account was downgraded to the Basic plan which comes for free, this is probably why you're unable to update your billing information, Peter.
Did you get any emails from Dropbox informing you about your subscription's renewal or maybe a notification that Dropbox is unable to renew your subscription at some point in September or prior to that?

( again I am old and IT stuff scares me)

Do you have a Dropbox account associated with each of those emails addresses, Peter?
If so, have you tried logging into all of them to see if your upgraded account is a different one from the one you're using at the moment?
