The basic issue is that I can't see on my desktop app all of the same folders that I can see in the web version (via my internet browser). Below are some details:
I'm using a Dell Inspiron that's running Windows 11 Home. I've read that Microsoft OneDrive sometimes creates compatibility issues with DropBox sync, so I uninstalled OneDrive and restarted my computer. I then uninstalled the DropBox desktop app and restarted my computer, then reinstalled DropBox desktop app and restarted a third time. I am still seeing a different set of folders when I login to DropBox via the web browser versus what is showing on the Desktop app.
Another piece of information that may be helpful is that my company has a Group labeled "admin". I am in this group with three other people. When I look on the web version, the folders that are missing from my desktop app are visible and say they are shared with the Admin group for editing. I've also attempted to share the folder to myself individually and it emails me a link saying that I've shared the folder with myself, but when I click the link it takes me to the web version, not my desktop app.
Any help would be appreciated.
