I need to speak to someone regarding a Dropbox payment. Is there a phone number?

I am desperate to actually speak to someone ref a payment that I have discovered is coming out of my account. I have tried to resolve online but cannot. I really need to urgently speak to someone to help me. Is their a phone number I can call urgently please

There is no phone number. Phone support is only available to Business customers via a callback initiated through the admin console. There is no number available to call.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.
