I can't find a file using the search bar

Hi, I have a problem with my dropbox account, I uploaded files in a shared folder, the files are in the folder, but when I use the search bar they do not appear.

And the file exists in the folder.

I hope someone can help me, if it is something with the configuration,

Are you seeing the same issue, if you try from a different browser or an
Incognito/private browsing window?

And can you also
clear your browser's cache to see if that helps?

Hi @HannahI already tried from another browser and from a private window as well.

The files were uploaded from Dropbox App Desktop and when I search on the web page, it doesn't get the files, but they are inside the folder

Hello, my problem was that I uploaded the files through the folder in windows in an old operating system, then I changed the machine and that error no longer occurred, What operating system do you use?
