Webhook how does it check the status when dragging an external folder into dropbox has uploa

Hi Teams

 

I'm having some problems using webhook in C#.

 

For example I have a folder containing 100 images and I drag that folder to dropbox.

 

So in the webhook can I use any api or method to check the status of all the images in that folder have been uploaded to dropbox successfully.
