GET request from FTP server throwing 400 error

We need to run GET requests from an FTP client to download the content and we’re getting a 400 error with an error message saying that something went wrong on Dropbox's side. Our method has previously worked, so it appears something has changed on Dropbox's side and we need an urgent answer.

 

I'm trying to post the 400 response we get, but it keeps being marked as spam and deleted. So if someone can email me from support, that'd be ace
