Why would I be banned. I haven't tried to share anything for 6 to 9 months. I just tried today and got that message. My previous sharing were word and PPT documents related Wisconsin DNR permits and waste water facilities plans with our engineers.
Who do I contact to get this resolved?

When you say inbox are you referring to my email inbox or is a there dropbox inbox I am to check. I have not recieved any email
I checked my junk mail and I don't see an email with a call ticket number or process. I have recieved only two emails from dropbox notifying me that you updated the community post. I need to get this fixed to fulfill statutory required under Wisconsin open records law.

yes that would be great! You can use that email address. I am not sure, if that email address is the one, which I have trouble with. It should be the email address b...@g...net.

I did everything that I was told to do in the email and the problem is still happening. I replied to the email that was sent to me and it was "routed to an unmonitored inbox". Anything else that I can try to fix this issue or someone that I can reach out to?
