We've found that our deprecation of IE 11 has the unintended effect of breaking the Dropbox for Outlook integration in some instances (as on these versions, Outlook uses an IE webview that no longer functions).
No longer supported:
- Dropbox Outlook Plug-in on Window 7
- All versions of Outlook require IE webview on Windows 7
- Dropbox Outlook Plug-in on Windows < v 1903 and Microsoft 365 < version 16.0.116291
- On Windows 10, customers must update both OS and 365 to or beyond these versions.
