How to check how much upload API has been used up?

Is there a way to check the number of upload APIs used? I understand there is a limit of 25000 upload APIs per month for Business teams

No, unfortunately the Dropbox API doesn't offer a way to check the data transport usage, but I'll pass this along as a feature request.
